First Job Experience Opportunities in North County
Did you know that unemployment for Californians ages 16 to 19 is more than three times the statewide average? Employers and young job seekers will have an opportunity to connect at this free hiring event on April 22 in San Marcos. Co-hosted by SDNEDC, the San Diego Workforce Partnership, and Project Next, this First Job Hiring Event is marketed to every high school and community college in North County. There will be more than 20 different San Diego employers present who are willing to help more than 200 young adults who are in the high school, and community college space look for employment opportunities. Don’t miss this opportunity to bring in resumes, partake in interviews, and network before kickstarting careers!
