Founded in 2010 by John Dempsey, a construction veteran with more than 40 years of experience, Dempsey Construction has grown into a $200 million annual revenue firm with approximately 100 employees and licenses across seven states. Headquartered in Carlsbad, the company also operates offices in Washington and Calexico, supporting projects throughout California and beyond. Their team brings extraordinary depth of experience, with key personnel collectively responsible for more than 1.8 billion square feet of commercial construction.
