Economic Impact Reports
Utilizing IMPLAN, gold standard input/output model, SDNEDC can estimate the economic impact of past projects or make projections about future ones. Investors at Chairman’s Circle are entitled to one EIR as part of membership.

Similar to our “City Dashboards,” SDNEDC is able to compile demographic and economic data at the census tract level. Pricing is dependent upon the number of datapoints included.

Reports the number of job postings, median advertised wages, skills and certifications required, and top employers recruiting for 400+ professions. Segmented by county, city, or groups of cities. Discounts for 15+ occupations.

Geofencing Data
Work with SDNEDC on a customized report examining cell phone data and specific locations in North County to understand who is visiting your businesses, where they are coming from, and more. Free consultation.
